and I ate much of a NY bagel with cream cheese for breakfst.
UUUGH!
I did eat asparagus with ww pasta for lunch.
My account is dry, maybe even overdrawn.
I have to say that although I hate having given up my calories to chocolate, it was great fun to eat ---- dd and I ate some of her pb cups and chocolate after an egg hunt. I really enjoyed it-- the sweets, sharing with dd and indulging.
Remember NOTHING is off limits, it's in knowing when to stop. Portion control....not the whole back of M&M's portion them out. You know now I find it hard to believe that I could sit and eat a 1 lb bag of M&M's in a sitting....why didn't I die of diabetic shock?
You did well to realize what you were doing, and stop yourself from making it more than 400...good for you.
It's never too late to get it right.

Sandy, I could have posted that very thing yesterday. All week, I worked hard at staying out of my co-worker's candy dish. But on Friday it was unguarded and I was stressed! Uncounted Hershey kisses made their way to my mouth before I got a handle on it. I did exercise after work and ate a healthy dinner. So far, I'm back on track today, too.
Sounds gorgeous! My account is way overdrawn right now, with an opened box of After Eight in the fridge. I thought loading the fridge so I couldn't get at the box would help - my tiny hand can still sneak in there. I thought a post-it note with my current measurements stuck to the box at eye level would help - well, the other food that's all stuffed in there is blocking my post-it note but my hand still fits in the box!!
