Are you supposed to do pilates everyday? Or since it is a form of weight lifting/resistance training are you supposed to do it every other day? It seems like maybe every other day would be better, but I don't really know. Dawn

Generally speaking, abs can be worked on daily so there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to do pilates daily if you wanted. I usually try to do them once a week though because I get more bang for the buck (so to speak) with lifting and cardio.
