I had a pretty bad food day yesterday Frowner and I back on track today. We are in the midst of a blizzard with 12 inches of snow on the ground already! No school today.

Here's my plan:
E: So far I have shoveled 1 hour. Probably another hour to go...
B: Cereal and skim milk
S: cran juice, blueberries
L: I am making wheatberry chili. Hope it's good.
S: milk tea
D: broc and pasta

wednesday was very good for me. i think soups help me a lot because they fill me up, so i don't feel deprived.

there is timing for everything. swimming upstream is no fun! hang in there!

Ever since I said the M word ("maintenance"), I've struggled. I want to work towards health, not just maintenance. Now it's like I'm doing anything but that.

If this challenge (I actually wrote "struggle" first!) is still going on in January, I'll join you. Right now I'm too tired. Roll Eyes

My urgent care experience was actually excellent. There was literally no one else there and I was called back before I had even finished signing my name. I was in and out in 25 minutes with my script.

Feeling much better than yesterday but still not 100%. Need a few more doses of antibiotics in my system I think.

I was calorie light yesterday thanks to an unexpected trip to the urgent care (better today).

I have a 1200 cal/day planned for today as I'm anxious to get this last bit of weight off before the holidays.

So far so good today.

exercise: more than an hour of cardio and weights
b: curry balls, broccoli, coffee with soy milk
s: ff yogurt
l: chicken soup with spinach
d: veggie soup, almonds and dried dates
