I had a pretty bad food day yesterday and I back on track today. We are in the midst of a blizzard with 12 inches of snow on the ground already! No school today.
Here's my plan: E: So far I have shoveled 1 hour. Probably another hour to go... B: Cereal and skim milk S: cran juice, blueberries L: I am making wheatberry chili. Hope it's good. S: milk tea D: broc and pasta
Ever since I said the M word ("maintenance"), I've struggled. I want to work towards health, not just maintenance. Now it's like I'm doing anything but that.
If this challenge (I actually wrote "struggle" first!) is still going on in January, I'll join you. Right now I'm too tired.

My urgent care experience was actually excellent. There was literally no one else there and I was called back before I had even finished signing my name. I was in and out in 25 minutes with my script.
Feeling much better than yesterday but still not 100%. Need a few more doses of antibiotics in my system I think.
