129 -- which is good because I've been struggling to get under 130, but not so good because I did see 128 for two weeks in a row. The goal is to still be there on Saturday and start the downward slide thereafter.

I am running in a Turkey Trot race (www.turkeybeachtrot.com) tomorrow morning. I must have been crazy...

I forgot the weigh-in this am (HA!) but my bet is I'm the same as last week - one pound over my current lowest.

Edited to add: I was right. Weight the same. BUT measurements not. Frowner

I was up a little. I am sort of fluctuating up and down the same couple of pounds because i still haven't knuckled down with the food plan.... :|

I've been fluctuating being the same to down a pound all week.

Had prepackaged food last night for dinner so am the same as last week today but my average calories came out to be 1350 for the week so I still feel like I had a great week (also exercised 7 out of 7 days).

1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.
