Still doing well.

I thought of you all yesterday. Thought of Jill. We drove to Sausalito... which is a trip over two bridges and a drive thru San Francisco. DS drove and dh rode shotgun. I sat in the back and stuck my head into Beck's second book and tried not to look out the window.

I thought that her second book was MUCH better than the first. And I really liked the first. But I think that she explains things much better in the second book.

I thought we were getting ice cream in Sausalito... but we hit traffic and got there at 5pm, and wouldn't be home until 7 or 8pm, so we ended up eating dinner.

We had yesterday's dinner tonight... steak on the grill and baked potatoes.

I think I burned 2343 calories today. And ate 1568. Have reversed any caloric damage from yesterday.
