Does anyone know if there is a website mother can use to make an estimated tax payment with a credit card on-line?

That is the sort of thing she worries about over and over and it drives me nuts.

Judy, the envelope has NEVER said US Internal Revenue Service. It has always only had Internal Revnue Service, with the city, state, zipcode.....no street address, PO Box or anything.....

We've NEVER had a problem with it, they've always received it within a aday or two!

Lori

We went to see my tax guy this morning and he gave her an envelope with the address on it so she can just mail it.

{{{sigh}}}
Now she is worried because the address only says "Internal Revenue Service" not "US Internal Revenue Service"

she drives me nuts!!!!

My FIL is a CPA, and I'm supposed to be seeing him this weekend, so I was going to ask him, if you didn't get a definite answer by then. But sounds like, if you are talking to your accountant tomorrow that you will get the answers that you need!

Thanks for your input.
Found something on irs.gov but she doesn't think it is what she needs.
Taking her to my tax guy tomorrow.

I'm not sure I understand. Why would you want to make a payment on your estimated taxes? It could be too low or too high.

I THINK (but I'm not certain) that you can make credit card payments through the IRS. I know that when we owed some back taxes (from an incorrectly prepared return from a few years earlier) a couple of years ago, oneof the options for payment was credit card.
