While you are out running errands and doing your workouts this weekend....don't for get to count the miles and then get them to me, either Sunday or Monday. Can't wait to see where we are going this weekend.

Only 9 miles for me this week, all in WATP.

I didn't make it to the gym last Monday before my opthamologist appt. and was out of town this weekend through this afternoon so no Saturday or Monday at the gym this week either. Frowner The gym is where I usually rack up my mileage on the bike so, while I still worked out on most days I missed the gym, I didn't get as many miles in.

I'm going to say 15 miles, it is probably more than that with all of the swimming and hiking I did in Tahoe, but I wasn't really counting.

Blessings,

Cathy,
I did not count miles last week. I did some other work at a gym and hope to get back to my more regular routine of walking this week.
P.S. I did 3.5 miles today.

I'm terrible, but I don't have any miles to count this week. The closest I got to exercising was walking all over the mall last night, which doesn't really count.

I should be back into the swing of things next week.
