I walked 1 mile at the Y and went to Curves. I did most of the mile 4 laps at a time and the final lap I walked backwards. I have heard that walking backwards uses different muscles so I throw that in occasionally. Only got in one trip to the Y because we went grocery shopping and to the mall in the afternoon & evening.

Yeah. trying not to think about that. It would not surprise me to see 200 again a time or two before it is gone for good but it is really great to step on the scales on the spur of the moment and see 199 AT NIGHT!
