iu had an awesome tuesday i actually tried on a size 4 petitie (from my old work wardrobe from way back when) this morning and it fit just fine and dandy. not tight. i have not weighed myself since last week's shock at the doctors office, but i have had very good food days since then. i did get in a workout (over an hour) this morning even though my butt was draggin'

I wonder why I even bother to "challenge" myself. Eating has been a lot more off plan than on and workouts have suffered from my overloaded schedule. Today will be better exercise-wise, but my rowing team's holiday party is tonight. I was assigned to bring a vegetable to the potluck dinner so I'm making KD's roasted asparagus and potatoes. Maybe if that's the only thing I eat...
