Monday 26 minutes on the bike for 5.6 miles. A little shorter than usual, but I upped the resistance by a level. I couldn't believe how much of a difference it made.
It was a gorgeous day out there and, though I got called into attend a meeting at work just before lunch, I was determined to get my walk in and enjoy the weather. It's supposed to be winter here again later this week.
Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08: 1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week. 2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings. 3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.
