What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

Crud. Only one week until my doggie's neutering surgery. Among a long list of concerns, he's such a bouncy guy that it's going to be hard to contain him afterwards, so he doesn't rip open his wound. It would also be nice if I didn't have to drive to/from the vet in a blizzard. Smiler

Goal: Stop stress snacking.

1 and 1/2 hrs. of shoveling, I think I'm good for exercise today, I do have to say I hated every minute of it but now I feel really good, just like I do after a regular workout!

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

Thursday 1 hour water aerobics done.
Friday 1 hour planned, but we are supposed to get 8 inches of snow, so who knows. I should probably ride the bike if no class is available.

I'm not a fan of routine neutering, but this procedure is to deal with an inflamed and sometimes bleeding prostrate, which could turn cancerous, if the procedure was not done.

hi...I had my min pin fixed and wished I had never done it..he was around 2 when we got him and he wasnt house trained very well and started using the couch as his very own spot..someone told me to get him fixed and he would not do that...wrong...I had him fixed and he gained 5 pounds in a month and still wanted to pee on the couch...it was a hard lesson and nothing gained from it....be sure.

Monday 1 hour of water aerobics done.
I kept myself amused by imagining I was the beater in a big bowl of cookie dough. It made the water feel heavier. I'm not sure if that meant I was working harder or that I'm just crazy. Wink
