Tell us something you're good at that we probably don't know.
HOWEVER...you *cannot* qualify it. These are examples of that: "Back in high school, I was good at xxxx. But I'm not now." "I don't mean to brag, but..." "I think I'm good, but my friends..." "My friends say I'm good at xxx, but..."
Oh, and I'll call you out on it!
The purpose is to make a complimentary statement about yourself without apologizing for it.
If you want to make a list of several things, go ahead. Heck, if you want to list 100 things, DO IT.

I was very good at my job and I still miss it. The company I worked for no longer exists (at least not as I knew it). It has been bought & sold and merged with several times since my disability and the last I heard (from co-workers) it has moved to Alabama and anyone who could not move got a pink slip.

I am really good at my job. My expertise in writing, technical editing, organization and managing both processes and people are tailor made for the kind of job I have (for another 1 1/2 weeks!!!!).
My Agency gave me a wonderful retirement party yesterday afternoon. The entire conference center was decorated in a beach theme and the turnout of my colleagues was amazing. Everyone who spoke during the program joked about my being so serious about doing my job that I can be intimidating (LOL) but made sincere comments about how well I do my job and how doing my job well has helped both the Agency and the people of America who are served by our programs.
It was a lovely testament to a career that I have worked hard to build and a job that I have taken pride in doing well.

I am very good at speaking Spanish, and beyond that, I am a very good interpreter. Interpreting is a skill beyond just speaking more than one language. I have been complimented by others who said they are very impressed that I am very good at interpreting the sentiment behind what is being said and not just the words.

I wanted to think of something other than my "go to" stuff. (I know I am a good cook, good hostess, mom, wife, organizer, but want to know about my skills beyond this area.)
I am good with finances. I have a very clear understanding of our stocks and other funds. I can hold my own (and make solid contributions) around discussion of the "bigger" financial things. I have a conservative approach to our family's long term finances and I have done very well.
For years when I was younger, I assumed that I would be in business because I had a natural affinity for it, but I grew up in that arena and needed to let go at many levels. Still, though, the skills and instincts I learned growing up have served me well.
i am good at picking up dance and movement and choreography by watching. i have never taken formal dance lessons. I am the same way with martial arts. i am a visual learner.
Goals: 1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire. 2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy. 3. One word 2008: courage 4. Eat slow and mindfully.
I am great at sight reading music for both piano and sax.
summer 7 challenge goals: - Meditate every day - Start the day with positive imagery and self talk Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.
I have a great ear for harmony. It led to a lot of 2nd soprano singing in high school and church, because I could hit the high notes AND read music AND not lose out to the 1st sopranos (who ALWAYS got the melody, it felt like). When I sing along to the radio, I only sing the melody until I know it enough to harmonize.
I'm fabulous at putting makeup on other people. I have an eye for color and think it's fun to find and highlight someone's best features.
