Sunday was so-so for me.

I was on plan for E/B/L and then I had a couple of salty things at snack and then had 1/2 a cookie and taste portion of ice cream at the taste of Cleveland. It could have been much worse but it also could have been better.

We're off to hike and kayak today and then ended with dinner at my parents house. Today should be less tricky.

MY day should be pretty straight forward. I did a 2 mile walk this morning and plan on another 2 miles this afternoon. It's too beautiful here to go to the gym!

Here's my food plan:
B: 2 slices ww toast, jam, berries and small skim milk
L: large salad
D: rice and veggies

I was totally successful sitting for breakfast. Although I was tempted to lick jam from the knife while I was prepping, I stopped short.

Today will be my more challenging day as we're going out right after lunch and won't be home until close to midnight.

Here's the plan:

E: run this morning and some core work
B: the usual
L: salad
S: I'm taking raw veggies, hummus and some grapes with us and will avoid all salty snacks.
D: At Taste of Cleveland. This will be the tough one as I have no idea what food options will be available. I will make the best choice I can and report back tomorrow.
I am planning on budgeting for one beer today and possibly a diet coke but mostly water, water and more water.
