I wake up pretty early in the morning...even on the weekend. I didn't know if anyone was aware of the show called "Your Total Health" It's on NBC at 5:30 a.m. Saturdays where I am at. They talk about health, diet, exercise, illness, etc... I have on a few occasions seen some of the same segments or portions of segments aired on "Dateline".
