I was thinking about you today while we took our daughter to Geauga Lake. I got to ride the Dominator and was so excited to get to ride a coaster again! Unfortunately, the rest of the lines were too long and we were there for my daughter so we spent the rest of the day doing the kiddie rides (although she did go on the "mine ride" coaster and loved it).
I also can now appreciate your struggle with eating healthy while in the park. I was thankful to find the Harbor Cafe where I had a salad and water. However, by mid afternoon I succumbed to a cinammon/sugar pretzel : ( That place is full of temptation!

Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.

Well, Bee, at least it wasn't the loaded chipotle chili cheese fries! Big Grin (It's all about perspective.) And while I can't speak about the chili cheese part, those chipotle fries are awful tasty. And, <insert sarcasm here> conveniently placed <end sarcasm> right next the line for my favorite CP coaster.

It is frustrating, and my comments to the park management seem to be falling on deaf ears. Argh!

I hope you had fun. GL is a great park. (Especially now that it's owned by a better company.)

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
