Chances that you WILL work out when you PLAN to work out increase by 100% when you write down your intentions on a day by day basis.

Use this thread to write out your exercise plan for the day. Be specific, be detailed. The greater your intentions the greater your success.

Today is my day off. I've gone 7 days without a break. Tomorrow, I put in 30 on the treadmill running.

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.

I plan to do upper body weights today. Mostly stretching for my legs though because of my calf muscle. I have a doctor appt tomorrow AM so we'll see what he says about exercise. I am SO ready to get back to the gym!

Big Grin Well, 4 miles on the treadmill is great!!! I had been doing 13 miles on my bike and then stopped for a couple of months and when I went back out the other day, I found that I could barely do 5!!
My new goal is to make the gym (on my way home anyway) part of my daily routine. Since I am going back to college and I have a class each morning, I have to pass the gym on my way home, so I will stop and workout.
My household chores can be done when I am done!!
