I have to smile from the inside out and from ear to ear. I did it! I got myself up at 5:45 and went over to the Y.

Ok I think I am crazy too, but let me tell you how great I am feeling right now.

I called my sister to wake her up to workout, but she had a bad night taking care of her sick puppy. I am hoping when she gets up that she will workout (she has a home gym).

I really think this is going to work out to be so great for me. I already got 2 other things off my to do list.

WHOOHOOO! Smiler

P.S. I also added 2 min. more on both machines. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but for me it was a good challenge.

Good for you Steph!

I have been trying to do the exact same thing for a few months now. I just can not seem to get out of bed. Darn comfy blankets.

Keep up the great work!

Enjoy every minute!

Yeah! I know really well how hard it is to pry yourself out of bed to exercise each morning. Way to go!

Thanks Lynne and Sheri. I have been pleased with myself about the new changes I have been going through, but this one takes the cake!

Way to go, girl!!!!

I know that, when I first started working out at 5:15-5:30 a.m. before work, I had sort of an "I don't know if I can do this." attitude and I was SO JAZZED when I not only was able to do it the first week or two but that I was able to build it into a 1 1/2-year long habit.
