I didn't get a chance to weigh myself yesterday, but I'm down a pound this morning.

Last week: 176
This week: 176

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

I'm down about 1.5 pounds from last week.

Progress!!!!

The pants are a little looser, and when I tried on the belt today, if I suck in my tummy all the way, the hole is right at the buckle!!!!!!

Well I am the same as last week. No change but haven't been trying very hard. Need to get back in the groove.

Smiler Well, I was happily down to 143. Then something evil came over me and it crept up to 152. Boy was I sad the day I stepped on the scale and realized I was almost up 10 pounds. Anyway, today it is 150, so I am feeling better. When I stop and think, that I could have been below 140 by now, but instead have to lose 9 pounds that I had already lost and found again.

Anyway, it doesn't pay to focus on the what ifs. I dropped 2 of the 9, so at least I am back on track.

I'm the same as last week.

I'm at 277 this week. its up 2 pounds from my last weigh in, but with all the food dropped off at the house last week, I'm not surprised.

Experiencing weight gain of unknown origin. Smiler

Might be sore muscles from "Butts and Guts" class. Might be sodium in Thai dinner delivered by dinner co-op last night. Might be an that unfortuate week of peanut butter truffles snacks has caught up with me.

It is nice to have the scale moving in the right direction again. That is 3 pounds down since I started the daybook!

I'll probably doublecheck tomorrow. Last night's karate class was especially hard, and I'm sure my muscle tissues are a bit swollen. I can hardly lift my arms. Frowner

Judy, I have the same brand of scale as you (Thinner) and there is no way to adjust it. No buttons at all. Don't look inside. You have to send it back to the manufacturer to change the battery. Frowner

My scale is always 2.5 lbs more than the WW scale. But at least it is off those two pounds all the time and doesn't bounce around. I paid about $22-25 dollars for my scale and I think for that price, you don't get NASA scientific accuracy.

No real big deal. Our old scale was drown in a toilet over flow. I REALLY liked the old scale (because it was very light and not too accurate and I could wiggle around on it until I got a number that I liked. Smiler) When I bought the new scale, I instantly "gained" 10 lbs., so it could be worse.

Even with a digital scale there should be a way to reset the zero on it. Do you still have the manual? (If you're like me, it's already long gone!). Check it to see how to reset (or zero) the scale. Even if you don't still have the manual, the manufacturer may have the manual online as a pdf.

210.4 again today.

I was very surprised and disappointed last week when it was 210 because I had been consistant at 206-207 for so long. I had been doing my weigh-in at the apt. on Sat or Sun until I bought a scale to keep here at home. I weighed at the apartment last weekend and it was 207.2.
I am thinking this is just a difference in scales but since they are both digital I don't know of any way to adjust them so that they are closer.
