I can't believe it..When I went to get the mail today, there was a large (heavy) envelope in my mail box.. I won a cookbook from Family Circle Magazine..Called...Eat What You Love & Lose..(over 250 Quick & Easy Low-Cal Recipes)
Apparently the book was written by the food director of the magazine, she lost 146lbs while creating these recipes..
It came just in time before wrote out my shopping list...
