Can you let me know the name of the book? I am always looking for articles on using dumbells. I have never gotten comfortable doing it. Or really I guess in the habit. But I would like to very much. A book sounds good.

I finally caved and placed my order on Amazon today, along with a book on dumbbells that someone on the CT boards recommended, an autobiography of a woman firefighter, and an EMT-B field guide.

Hey, I like to save on shipping! Big Grin

I belong to The Good Cook, and mine should arrive today. I got an email the other day that it had been sent. Can't wait.

All hail KD!

Ran out last night to Books a Million and they didn't have it. Then I went to Waldenbooks and they had 1 copy. I grabbed it up quick. Funny though, it was right next to Paula Dean's books. I almost purchased one since that's the way I grew up cooking. But my better sense pulled through and I told the clerk I changed my mind and didn't want Paula's book. I haven't had time yet to read any of KD's book yet, but I can't wait.

I have read the first couple of chapters and looked through all of the recipes. THey look fantastic!!!

KD,
I just got the new book. It is beautiful. You are beautiful. The colors are beautiful- perfect for spring. I can't wait to look at it slowly tonight when my daughter goes to bed.
Thank you so much for putting forth such a great effort.
