We're off to NJ---- at least we're hoping so given the airport security situation. I've been really careful with packing. (Normally we do not check bags, so this a big change for us.)

My SIL has taken a very bad turn for the worst and had yet another surgery Friday. The "vacation" will likely be some fun with lots of hospital and health stuff. Please keep her and her kids in your prayers.

I am having to "wing" it with food as we are not sure what our exact plans are given sil's health sitation. And our place on the shore does not have a working stove- micro and fridge only. I've been eating well and feeling good about being more comfortable in my range. I guess I will do my best, enjoy some of the great food and deal with it when I get home.

I'm so sorry to hear about your SIL. I hope that she starts having some improvement soon. I'm sure you will do well with eating, you always seem pretty consistent and do a great job of staying in control of what you are eating(although when someone else is doing the cooking it can be a challenge). Where will you be in NJ? Hopefully you won't have too much trouble at the airport and try to get some fun stuff in too!
