It just occurred to me that tomorrow is October and I hadn't seen an October Homework Captains thread, so here it is.

Who wants to step up and give it a chance this month?

Because I'm on vacation and out of town in October and because I was just a captain in September, I'm stepping down for this month.

Goals for March:
1. Get some art up on the walls.
2. Do at least 1 day of intentional exercise a week (to start).

After tomorrow (Thursday, 10/11), I need someone to pick up the Lifestyle Questions posting. My parents will be in town over the weekend, and I can't be certain I'll be at the computer in the AM.

Thank you!

I like the idea of using the lifestyle questions.

I would love some help in posting the life style questions and I agree that they make good homework.

Just a reminder to everyone that you can continue to add questions in that thread and then we'll get to them for homework down the road. I know Denise recently added some.

IF Brie doesn't mind, I would love to see the lifestyle questions be homework. They are thought provoking and really hit to the heart of what we are all experiencing....if not, sorry I have to say no for this month.

Take the opportunity to change one thing about yourself once a day be it large or small. Trying doesn't get anything done.

Yea...that's a great idea, Diana (like you said, unless Brie prefers to do it herself).

I am such a creature of habit that I automatically thought "homework captains" when I saw that today was the first of the month.

Goals for March:
1. Get some art up on the walls.
2. Do at least 1 day of intentional exercise a week (to start).

Would using the "Lifestyle Questions" as a fill-in for October be an option?

I don't want Brie to feel like it's her duty to put them up (unless she likes it!), so maybe we could volunteer to put them up for a week at a time?

I'm out of town, on a new schedule, and having visitors through this month, so I wouldn't be very reliable for homework posting.

Sorry. I totally forgot to put it up, Sheri. It's been a rough week. Roll Eyes

I'm out. Maybe once I'm in a better position with school.

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
