Here's my short term plan:
M: 30 minute walk, core work
T: long walk
W: back and core work

When I get this far and ready to go out of town, I will plan further. This seems enough for me today.

Wow, you guys are such an inspiration!

M- 5 mile run
T- swim and upper body weights
W- 4 or 5 mile treadmill run or outside if it's warm
Th- hoping for an after dinner walk with family but it isn't their tradition to do so
F- swim and upper body

I'm fighting some leg pain these days, so having these goals will keep me moving. This schedule is very do-able for me. (No excuses)

Smiler This is a bad week for me to make time, I really don't think I can, but I will try in the mornings to get a short ride on my bike.
