M- 5 mile run T- swim and upper body weights W- 4 or 5 mile treadmill run or outside if it's warm Th- hoping for an after dinner walk with family but it isn't their tradition to do so F- swim and upper body
I'm fighting some leg pain these days, so having these goals will keep me moving. This schedule is very do-able for me. (No excuses)

Monday - 1 hour of PT Tuesday - 1 hour at my work gym - lower body and abs plus cardio Wednesday - 1 hour at my work gym - cardio focus with some ball and band work, 1 hour of PT in the afternoon Thursday - Off day from the gym but we'll also be doing a family walk (weather permitting) Friday - pilates or yoga at home or possibly the gym w/dd (not sure how the day will work out yet and it will depend on how "well" I did at Thanksgiving) Saturday - upper body band work and abs.
