Monday: Powerwalk/jog or Kickboxing (45-90 mins.)
Tuesday: Upper body weights (30 mins.)

Monday & Tuesday done. I had to change the plan a bit, however. The weather did not cooperate for a powerwalk/jog so I did the kickboxing, but forgot that includes upper body toning and light weights so I didn't want to repeat upper body weights today. I did 30 minutes of Balance Ball for Weight Loss instead.

Monday, walked but did not get Core Secrets DVD in. Adding it to today, it is really nasty outside so I will do a cardio workout instead of walking.

Monday and Tuesday are done. I am sure I will be back on that bike again today and tomorrow, it's a great stress buster for me. My family is traveling to pick up #1 son today and back tomorrow....need something to keep me occupied.

It better count, cause I know I am getting a lot of "college" laundry coming home, plus our own. Seems he forgets how to operate a washingmachine when he walks through my back door. (don't tell anyone, but I rather like it, too)

Well I didn't get to the gym but I am going to do a arobic vido w/ab work on it in a few minutes that will keep me or get me back on track. Fell off for a while but I am determined to get back up and dust off and start fresh.

I am going to Germany and plan to WALK everywhere. Last time we went, I wished I'd gotten a pedometer at WW, since I walked so much but had no way of measuring it! This time I will get the pedometer! Smiler

Change of plan. I fell off a chair painting a bedroom this morning, so there will be no run today. Only bruised, but ouch!

So glad to hear you weren't hurt badly. Take it easy!

Cathy,
For what it's worth..I think it counts. Smiler For me, when I say something like that, it can be defeating. I am thinking about wearing my pedometer on Friday so I can have 'credit' for all the steps I know I'll take. I guess if I get to late afternoon and find it is really only 5000 steps or something I could take a walk but I'd be shocked to see that.

Monday: 45 minute walk(already done, YEA!)
20 min. Core Secrets DVD
Tuesday: 30 min. walk
Wednesday: The Firm-full body workout
Thursday: Waitressing(lots of walking back and forth and way to busy to eat!), but will have family dinner around 5, walk after dinner.
Friday: Shopping in Philly, lots of walking.
Saturday: Core Secrets or Firm.
Sunday: 30 min. walk.
I wouldn't normally do this much, my goal is 3 days of 30 min. walks but I know what is coming and I don't want cookies and cakes, pies, wine, etc sticking to my thighs!!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Jill
