I just weighed for the first time in a couple of weeks and I am at 209!I think the last time I posted on this thread it was 211.

WEll I just started so my begin weight is 172#. I would like to be at 140# by next year this time. I am ready to see change like you all have. Great job.

In maint. range- things seem to be going well and on plan lately. This is good as it will help me stay focused tomorrow and Friday.

I gained two pounds in Chicago which I have lost since coming back. However, that still puts me two pounds over maintenance. I'm working hard to get back in range but tomorrow things will get shelved for a day (in moderation of course).

Last Week - 225.0 This week - 224.2 Slow but steady progress. I have not been exercising well the past few weeks. I have been focusing more on my food. A few more weeks of food monitoring and I am hoping to be able to switch my focus.
