Well, as of this moment, I am 156. Up from 143. This is very, very bad! I need to get back into the "self control" mode again. Lately I have had absolutely none.
Anybody out there, feel free to give me a hard time, I deserve it.
I suspect that you have probably given yourself enough of a hard time.
Just posting this has probably already helped. You can do this. One thing that may help: I am reminded of a Tylenol commercial (oddly enough). Stop. Think. Then eat. It helps me if I just stop long enough to ask myself why I'm about to eat what is in front of me. Is it for nutrition, stress, boredom, frustration? It helps me make a choice rather than just be mindless.
Well I have gained about 2lbs. in the last 3 weeks. I haven't weighed for a while because I have been sick I am back on track though. So watch out scale next week.!!!

Tomorrow we will be in Fort Myers for 3 days. Next week I need to get back into the exercise every morning after I take the kids to school routine.

Today's weigh-in: 159.6 - 159.8 (thanks to dinner out last night)
I'm not happy to still be 3 pounds up from my pre-Kauai weight, but at least I have been able to come down from my heighest weight.
Rest of Summer Goals: 1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week. 2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week. 3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were! 4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.
