I'm up half a pound, but I'm sure that is just more food in my body from yesterday.
I'm going to shoot for another 1800 calorie day today.
I REALLY have absolutely NO motivation to eat 1600 calories today, as I REALLY don't want to lose more weight. I look and feel fine. I just don't want to gain.

I did well yesterday. Ended up with 1900 calories, but they were clean and I did not do any extra bites or tastes. I also got about 6 miles of walking in.

After a month or two of flirting with it, I FINALLY got down to 170 yesterday...170.2 to be precise (I'm back up slightly this morning).
My highest weight of this past winter was 178, though I was only at that weight for one day. For most of January through March, I was in the 176s but veered up into the 177s several times.
I think this is the first time in 3-4 years that I've actually LOST weight instead of gaining or maintaining. I'm a happy camper.
September Challenge Starting Goals:
1. Change after-lunch cookie or Dove Promise to fruit at least 3 days per week.
2. Get back to having dinner (which for me is a light meal or snack, not a full meal) by 6-6:30 p.m.
3. When having after-dinner dessert, have it by 8 p.m. then nothing but water after 8 p.m.

On the other hand, I'm still 12# below BMI 25, which decreases my motivation to lose.
People on the WW'ers board often have a HORRIBLE time losing 5-10 lbs because of the waffling between, "Ughhhh! I really want to lose 5 pounds!!!" and "I'm a good healthy weight!!! AND Hey! I look pretty darn good!" (Especially, all over the news yesterday was Americans are continuing to get fatter and fatter...)
Also, BMI of 25 minus 12 lbs is very thin for a guy... I think. Shoot! Thin for anybody! Thinner than me.

In addition, I have been kind of depressed lately, which decreases both my motivation and my focus.
Bleck! Sending hugs! Hang in there like, Peg said. And get out for a walk. Are you still tracking your pedometer miles?
I was thinking of you with the resolution of the MN senator seat ownership dispute.
