We have parties tomorrow and wednesday nights. I am also hosting a biggish gathering for CHristmas. Lots of eating potential!
Today I am sticking with my usual lean plan: E: Elliptical- done B: toast, jam- done S: Orange- done L: broccoli and 1 c pasta D: salad with pasta, milk tea
BTW, I bought myself a little reward for sticking to plan today. Old NAvy has many long sleeved dressy shirts on sale for $5. I bought a pretty pinkish one with a scooped neck line. Can't go wrong for $5.
