Today was my first day of trying a NEW workout.

Part of my employee benefits of working at the Y entitles me to a free membership, which also means I can meet with a trainer for about 8 months.

I decided that I would defintely take FULL advantage of both. I have swam and taken aquaerobics a couple of times. But thought I would set my appt. with the trainer.

She and I Met on Wednesday and I got a NEW plan. So now I am going to be doing the bike for 20 min. and some weight machines. On the days I don't do the weights I think I might even swim for a little bit.

This morning FIRST thing I got myself up and at the Y to workout and I have to say that I am feeling quite good. Smiler

I will keep you all posted about my new routine.

"There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as if everything is." Albert Einstein

Daily to do: Drink plenty of water & take vitamins

Good for you Steph! : )
