My weekend was dietary train wreck and I have absolutely no excuses. We had DH's company party at our house on Friday (he has five employees) but I was in control of the menu and I should have done better. DS and DH were both gone all day Saturday so I got in a really good workout (11,000+ meters on the rowing machine); however, with no one "watching," I snacked on party leftovers a little too much. Today I was just exhausted and cranky and not in the mood to challenge myself. Will use dinner as a chance to get back on track. Salmon and spinach.

I had a good Sunday too. Went out for sushi with dh and didn't get any extras, stuck to green tea instead of wine and no dessert.

Dh and I reviewed calendars tonight we have no more free weekends until January. Not great for the waist line but I proved to myself this weekend that I can socialize and go out and still stay on plan.

I had a good day as well. Roughly 1400 calories. Skipped the rice, dessert and seconds at dinner with our friends. My fingers are a bit puffy this morning though so I think the sodium level must have been high.

Today should be an easier day food wise.

My day was pretty good. I came in just over 1300 calories. I added a small oatmeal cookie today and am still nice and low with calories and fat percentage. (I made the cookies and they are super low fat.)
