Was pretty warm here today. I think I burned 2069 calories and ate 1862. Not a HUGE deficit... but beats a poke
in the eye with a sharp stick (which my dad used to say).

After I logged on fitday for my final total yesterday, I was just over 1600, I think. My fat was good.
