What do you need to pay a little more attention to today? Staying focused during your workout and not just going through the motions? Making sure the voice in your head says only positive things to you? Sitting down to eat? Putting down your fork between bites? Not tossing back a handful of M&Ms every time you pass the candy dish?
For me, it's all of the above on any given day. Today I will pay closer attention to my calorie counts and to eating more slowly.
I'm finally back to doing quite well on the exercise front...but I am still battling the Sugar Monster...it is my biggest nemesis.
So I will pay more attention to whether I really WANT something sweet and am not just having it because...it's after a meal time, I usually do at that time, etc.

I'm going to have to be very mindful all week due to a knee that is acting up. I can't get into the Dr. for another week, so I'm going to have to be extremely careful about food and do as much no impact cross training as I can.
Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
Since Monday is all but over in this neck of the woods, I can tell you what I should have done
1. I should have gotten up even earlier to work and then taken a long midday break. 2. I should have paid more attention to comfortable posture while working. 3. More water.
On the plus side, dinner was delish.
