It is healthy.
It is lowfat.
I'll have it for a snack and skip my other snack.
I'll have it for dinner (but go aheard and eat my other dinner, anyway).
It is October.
It is only Fall once a year.
It is special.
I'm VERY tired.
It is cold outside.
It is cold and sunny and perfect Fall weather... so I should have perfect Fall snack or 3 or 4...
It is the weekend.
I'll just have one more...
Well, just one more...
Really, this is the last slice.
Yummmm. It is so good!

At any rate... dh and I plowed thru an entire loaf in two days. Actually, that is only about 3 slices a day, for each of us... except, I ate about 9, and he ate about 3.

Could be better... could have been worse.

Well, it's gone now.

I was going to make a small loaf... but decided to make a large loaf and freeze some... but it didn't happen... the putting extras in the freezer part.

Just an update...

I am in a way better place this morning. I did my Beck tasks and am off to work. Breakfast was on track and I really can't imagine any good reason to eat a brownie or a stray cracker.

I need an on plan day.

1. Eat per plan each day
2. Give myself credit each day
3. Exercise 45 minutes/day 5 days/week

Top of my list for eating 2 brownies (big brownies) was:

I don't care!

Your reasons sounds more grown up and sane than mine.

Today was sort of crappy food day too.

But I have made a plan for tomorrow and packed my lunch for work. I know what I am making for dinner and have all the ingredients in the house. Dh will take dd to piano after school so that I have time to make dinner before I am ravenous.

The silver lining...I made it to yoga this morning.

I'm just calling this slip something that happened after extreme stress. I'm not going to get myself about it and I am going to move forward starting now. I deserve to make a mistake and then to move on with some dignity and forgivness.
