I don't know if I've ever shared this here or not. One of my favorite treats to stave off a sweet tooth is a cup of Celestial Seasonings English Toffee tea with a pinch of sugar (literally a pinch, just to enhance the flavor) and a tablespoon of skim milk (again just to enhance the flavor). It is rich, sweet and gives me the elusion of chocolate when I just don't have the calories for it, or if I'm not really hungry but am craving something sweet.

Blessings,

Lori

You are very welcome! I hope you enjoy it half as much as I do! I absolutely LOVE the stuff!

Haven't tried any of the dessert teas yet. Will have to put that on my shopping list. But, a good chai tea, will give me a sweet boost like that any night when it's cold.

It's never too late to get it right.

I second the English Toffee tea! I found it at Safeway I think, or Basha's (AZ chain).

I ran out recently. Thanks for reminding me to pick up a new box. Smiler

In the past I've only been able to get it at Whole Foods in our area. But I just started seeing it at Savemart supermarket, and the manager at Albertsons said he'd order it for me.

Sounds delicious!! I've never seen it in my stores; where did you get it?

I like Bigelow's Vanilla Chai tea with just a dash of milk; the spices and vanilla make it very sweet without any sugar at all.
