I wasn't sure this site was even still here because I haven't visited in so long. I came across it by doing a search for one of kd's recipes.

I scanned through some of the posts and it looks like a lot of the people I remember are still here.

I got my PhD and I'm teaching at a small college now. I'm still struggling with those last 20 pounds. I'm back at Weight Watchers in the hopes of finally getting a handle on this.

Are you running Columbus or Detroit? I love picking brains about other half races. Plus, I'm running Akron's half tomorrow and stuck in race mode. Wink

Welcome back Jen!

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

Jen,

I've wondered about you several times. Congrats on the Ph.D. Are you still in NW Ohio? I don't get there as often as I used to. Welcome "home."

Jen! It's so good to "see" you again and to see you posting here again!

There are a couple of former KDphiles that I keep in occasional touch with on some level via Flickr or Twitter. Jen, Diana and Kori (Grrlscout) are Flickr friends, though Kori is the only one who posts pix regularly. I talk to Fer (another Jen) on Twitter now and then.

I'm actually just across the state from you in Toledo. But I was working in Ann Arbor for a while -- killer job. I'm much happier now.
