If only there weren't leftovers! We had a wonderful, yummy italian feast and I've eaten the leftovers today for breakfast and dinner. For lunch I made a good choice of indonesian stir fry with tofu over brown rice. Others ordered dessert, I had 3 small tastes.
Tonight I'm faced with dessert - its a very light dish - but I know I don't need the calories.
I'll try to avoid the dessert tonight and work hard tomorrow to get back into the game.
Brunch- Peanut Buttered Oatmeal, Pineapple, homemade vanilla latte
Snack (if needed)- Half tofurky sandwich
Dinner- Vegetarian chili w/ brown rice, soy cheese, homemade salsa
Dessert- I get Better than Sex Cake if I stick to the plan
