Welcome back, Dawn! Sorry the weather was sucky but it's still just nice to get out of Dodge for a bit!
Rest of Summer Goals: 1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week. 2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week. 3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were! 4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

Sheri, actually, I didn't go to south FL. My parents are spending the month of Jan. in Panama City Beach, so we went there. Temp wise, it wasn't too bad, but it was pretty rainy. I think most of the southeast was though.
Yesterday was the best day we had so we stayed a little later than I had planned. Since we drove down it was easy to do.
NOT the best weather, but nice to get away for a few days none-the-less.

Goals: 1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire. 2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy. 3. One word 2008: courage 4. Eat slow and mindfully.
