So yesterday I woke up and felt like I wasn't 100%. I wouldn't say I have the flu, but I def. have some sort of cold.

I rested as much as I could yesterday. Drank fluids and even heated some soup up for lunch. The only time I went out was later in the afternoon.

Now I am feeling a little more sick. I just had my tea and breakfast. I do have a lunch meeting, but other than that I plan on taking it easy.

Should I worry about working out? I was thinking of just even doing 20 min. walk on the treadmill to get something in. I set out my gym clothes, but I don't think going to the gym is a smart plan.

Any thoughts?

wishing you a full recovery! sending warm and fizzies

Goals:
1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire.
2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy.
3. One word 2008: courage
4. Eat slow and mindfully.

The current thinking is that it's OK to workout as long as it's above the neck - head cold, sore throat, headache, earache type stuff.

If you have fever, body aches or something in your chest, skip it and just rest.

I hope you feel better Steph and take good care.
