I'm not sure if I'll have time to get on in the morning, so here are my miles for this last week.

16 miles


90 day goal: 4 days of cardio, 3 days of strength training each week.

Anyone who posted after 12:00 on Saturday, April 24, I'll add those miles in with this coming Saturday, May 1. I will put up the thread Friday nite, and then I have class on Saturday until late, so I won't get the totals up until Sunday....hang tight tho, you can add up the miles...so we have a total in your head...this is going great! We are doing great! Smiler

Whole week was cycling - recumbent and exercise bike at home 76 miles 4/17 thru 4/23 sorry just can't keep up with the right dates.

friends - I am adding my single digit one day of miles to next week. Have had a very bad eating (only after I get home) and unmotivating non fitness oriented week.
Today at this hour is Sunday and I am going to start clean tomorrow. I need to take a deep breath and remember how far I have come and how good I feel when I eat and behave healthfully.

Sorry all. I got so caught up in figuring out what clothes were going with me on the cruise and what bottoms matched what tops and trying everything on that I didn't even get to the gym until just after noon and didn't get home until about 4 p.m.

Cobismom...let me know whether you'd rather I give you my miles for this week later this eve or whether you'd rather me hold them for next Saturday and report both weeks together. I'll be happy to do whatever works best for you.

Hope I am not too late- just arrived home. I walked 16 miles this week. Hoped I'd get 5 more in today, but now I am just wanting to get a decent dinner on the table and my daughter to bed early so that I can sleep.

Welcome to Memphis, TN.....What a place to spend the weekend. I am excited! We walked a total of 215.0 miles this week and last, so we are heading west....or at least south west. Maybe we'll go to LA instead. Now, a star goes to KD who did 75 miles this week. YEAH!!!! Leave it to the queen to get the star. Let's see if we can make it 250 this week, the weather is supposed to be better, spring air can get us psyched up....I'm challenging you to increase your miles by 10%....let's see what next week brings.

I did some serious walking while out of town, and added up the hours and came up with an estimate of 17 miles in 10 days (sightseeing + hotel treadmills).

No wonder my feet hurt.

I got in 7 miles this week. I'm alternating walking with aerobics tapes, so I'll be walking fewer miles.

I was so pumped that I kept track on Monday - 3.77 miles.. but then I worked such long hours this week, that the gym became elusive.
