i am on my 3rd night of poor sleep. i love sleep. i need my 8 hours, so this is very hard for me.
yesterday was a great food day--only i kept wanting to close my eyes while driving.

b: koft curry balls, steamed broccoli
s: sf choc pudding snack
l: veggie soup, tuna, green beans
s: ff sf yogurt
d: more veggie soup, and if i am not dead tired, i am going to the gym for another hour because we are having bad weather, and i doubt i can get my saturday morning run.
