Hey everyone. Well, after a week of helping house/dogsit for my parents I am back. I am planning on doing a grocery run tonight or tomorrow depending on when this other store closes tonight. But, I am hoping to go tonight.
Does anyone have any quick and handy lunch ideas? Next week my plan is to do my workout before I work from 12-4. So I need something handy like PB sammie or any other ideas you all have for a quick and easy lunch.
Hope everyone is doing well. Is anyone still doing Friday night FLYs? I would love to do one tonight if anyone is up for it.

Welcome back!!! I like the wraps of all kinds and salads both tossed and pasta. http://www.reynoldskitchens.com they have some meals they call packets that you can do a few up, place in oven and do other things while they cook. They take along well and most can be frozen to reheat later. Hope that helps.
Hey, Steph, I was wondering where you were! Welcome back!
I won't be available to FLY tonight. Sorry...
How about a big pasta salad for lunches next week? Springy, veggie filled and easy to tote to work. If you use a vinegar and oil type dressing, you don't even have to worry all that much about refrigeration (although I probably wouldn't sweat it even with a creamy dressing).
Welcome back Steph!! Like Brie, I enjoy the wraps with hummus too. I also like a veggie fritatta that I make in muffin tins for nice individual servings.

As for lunch - I love ww wraps with cold cuts; tuna and hummus salad, or just veggies. You could also prep some salas ahead of time in a disposable container.
