hmmm...spring....what kind of challenge can we engage in?
I actually enjoy our weekly goal thread. it is short enough (one week!), and we seem to be getting decent responses. some folks are working on food , others on regular exercise, some a little of both, some dealing with travel and other demands, etc
i would be interested to hear what other folks are thinking.
Goals: 1. Enjoy life! 2. Be aware, be awake, pay attention. 3. One word 2010: faith
