Hi KD,

No problem on the delete thing. With three kids you have seen how many typos I always have I always have one sitting on me or near me when I'm typing.

But anyway the article was in a little magazine called "MEDIZINE" first quarter 2004 Healthy Living. You were features in the Lean Gourmet section. It listed the Kathleen Deleman's Comfort Foods receipes for Creamy baked Polenta, Pork Tenderloin with a White Wine, Fennel, Carrot and Cranberry Salad.

But like I stated in this original post was the heading under your name it said "When Kathleen Daelemans Takes Over The Kitchen, Wonderful Things Happen." Isn't this the truth or what! Big Grin
I beleive in that 100 times over.

WOOPS! I accidentally deleted your post, Patty! I'm so sorry. Because I'm a site administrator there's this feature that looks like the quote feature but it's really an erase-y feature and I'm so computer discombobulated that I hit the wrong button and goodbye post! I'm REALLY sorry! Ugh!

Rest of Summer Goals:
1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week.
2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week.
3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were!
4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.
