Hi, some of you are posting on the Ct board and this board, so this will be old news for you. But to those of you who are new here, we have set up a challenge for ourselves to walk America. Each week from Saturday to Saturday, we record how many miles we have walked, biked, WATP, whatever and then report to me on Satuday AM before 12:00 p.m. I will record the numbers and post a total by the end of the day. We firgured we started in NYC and will arrive in San Fransic by the end of the summer. We've been doing so well, we might walk all the way to Maui So if you'd like to join us, we'd love to have you.....just report next Saturday either here or at the CT board your miles and I will take it from there. Summer Challenge Goals:
1. Get out of the house and in the pool four days a week. 2. Schedule meals a week at a time. 3. five fruits and vegetables a day, along with water.

Great thread and idea! I am in - need to pencil in miles in my journal. I generally keep track with time, but miles will be a great change. Change is good!
Sounds like a mini goal for me this coming week. I will give it a try. Now where did I put my pedometer .
