What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

I did about half of the Beginner's Flow Yoga workout this morning (didn't realize it was so long and only had 30-40 minutes before I had to start work). I'm REALLY glad I didn't pay for this DVD. If this is beginner's, I would never want to see what passes for advanced.

But I do at least feel stretched and relaxed (now--not during for sure).

Wednesday & last Thursday: a 15 minute treadmill warmup, and 4 dumbbell exercises.

Monday: A 4.45 mile walk in the park.
