Given the warm, sunny weather my 1st workout is:

1. Walking with my family at Trout Run walking trail. This is a nicely carved walking trail that runs next to the Schuylkill River. It has both shaded and sunny spots complete with .25, .5, and .75 mile markers so you know just how fare you've walked. Yesterday we did a 4 mile family walk and tomorrow will go again.

2. Zumba-great dance/aerobic class at the gym.

3. Body Pump

4. Weight lifting-I LOVE going to the gym and working out with weights.

5. Does spring house cleaning count? Today we did MAJOR cleaning, like I mean with old toothbrushes to clean in the "corners", washing curtains, area rugs, etc. and pulling weeds for hours. I love doing this, and I'll tell you I was so tired after everything we did today.

Sheri-I hope you keep coming up with the "5's", I love these!!

I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

Five years ago, my list would have been very different because I was working full time and doing a lot of DVD workouts at home. Now I'm doing no DVD workouts at home, though I do want to get back into that again this year. My fave 5:

1. Walking/Power walking outside
2. Weight training - upper body
3. Walking on the treadmill at the gym
4. Water rower at the gym
5. Weight training - lower body and core

Honorable mention: Recumbent bike at gym

P.S. It's amazing how LITTLE variety is in my workout regime now compared to 5 years ago when nearly every day I was doing a different kind of workout. Need to get back to that to supplement what I'm doing at the gym and outside.
