I'm down 2.2 since last week, but last week I was up 1.2 from the week before.

Still, I'm at a new low. I finally hit 10 pounds since May.

A day or so before the WI, I was down a new pound, but then my body thought better of it and put it back on in time for Wed.

I was back down to 213.4 this morning and the last couple of mornings. Down from a high of 215 last week.

I wish I could lose those last three pounds before I see the doctor next tuesday. It would be so nice to be 199 when I see him. Even if it was only just for that one day Big Grin.

I believe I was 164.2-6 last week and I'm 164.4-6 today, so not a lot of difference, but I'm just coming down from several days in the 165s again from fluid. I'm trying to do a better job of watching sodium and have an appointment with the doctor Monday because I don't think my Dyazide is doing its job as effectively anymore.

Rest of Summer Goals:
1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week.
2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week.
3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were!
4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

Up, a lot of lbs. I hope this is water weight but I'm sure one or two lbs of it are not. I have been really slacking lately.

I'm down a pound.
