Well, in trying on the last goal pants I'm noticing how my body is changing...

I'm losing in my face, my feet and my wrists. I'm losing thighs slowly, but the hips are still there...

I can now circle my wrist with my thumb and middle finger! yay!

I just weighed for the first time in a couple of weeks and I am at 209!

I think the last time I posted on this thread it was 211.


1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting"
2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)

WEll I just started so my begin weight is 172#. I would like to be at 140# by next year this time. I am ready to see change like you all have. Great job.

I just saw the 130s slip away. 140 this morning. Admittedly, I was dressed. But still, I haven't been to the gym for 2 weeks. Stuff ... lots of stuff going on. Frowner

In maint. range- things seem to be going well and on plan lately. This is good as it will help me stay focused tomorrow and Friday.

I gained two pounds in Chicago which I have lost since coming back.

However, that still puts me two pounds over maintenance.

I'm working hard to get back in range but tomorrow things will get shelved for a day (in moderation of course).

Last Week - 225.0
This week - 224.2

Slow but steady progress. I have not been exercising well the past few weeks. I have been focusing more on my food. A few more weeks of food monitoring and I am hoping to be able to switch my focus.
