I am buried and behind in Christmas prep. Don't know if anyone is around but I'm seeking FLY buddies for tonight and tomorrow night. If you are interested, IM me at p7eggyc and I'll get you in the room. I'm going to start in about 15 min my time and again at 7pm or so my time (mountain) tomorrow night.
No, you didn't miss me...I was DEAD tired and went to bed. Sorry I didn't catch up with ya.
Summer Se7en Challenge Goals: 1. Add back core & toning work + weight work 1X each per week to start. 2. Tackle the Sugar Monster--Have a sugar free mint after lunch and dinner, wait 20 minutes, and reassess the need for a sweet treat.

I was swamped at work and didn't check in here until just now. I now know why Judy didn't answer my IM! Sheri, I didn't see you...hope I didn't miss you. I got some stuff done on my own. Need one more round of wrapping on Saturday and I should have it whipped.
Peg: As you know, your evening FLYing is generally too late for me as I go to bed so early due to my work schedule. However, I'm off tomorrow, so I may be able to join you for a short while tonight. Will depend on how well I motivate myself to pack on my own before my 9 p.m. (your 7 p.m.) comes around.

Last night I thought I could do this but it turns out we are going out to trivia (unless plans change AGAIN). Hopefully, with the time change, I will get home in time for a little bit.
1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting" 2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)
