Wednesday: 1.6 miles lawn mowing. Friday: 5.1 miles walking in the park. A total of 141 miles for the year. Those small steps add up.

Thursday 1 hour water aerobics done. We have started this crazy circuit training thing. I like it except that she keeps us at each station for about 5 minutes. I think that is way too long to keep doing the same exercise with weights. Any opinions on that?
